Daydream Believers

Now it shouldn't come to surprise to those who know me well that I do enjoy to past the time doing a number of different things at once. I'll spend between an hour to 2 drawing a piece, but then have a break to pent out frustration If something doesn't come out right to do another, or to play a game... but then I'll eventually come back to the original idea 6 months later having already completely forgotten I had started it.



This, is what I'm calling the 'Daydream' situation. Become preoccupied with other things going on around myself... which is fine. But there is certain levels of 'lack in focus' that need to be... well fairly corrected to say it bluntly. So, focusing on drawing, creating more artwork to share, it being my first love, is my main focus now. To demonstrate my love, here is a new piece I created the other day in homage to propaganda posters of the 1940s.

The Land of Chocolate Revisited

Now if you follow me on twitter, or actually know me via Facebook... OR follow me on deviantART then you already would of seen this picture and be bored of it by now, but honestly.. I love it. I decided to share it with David Silverman, who animated the original sequence from The Simpsons, and even he liked it! That's worthy of the reason why I've chosen this piece to be the first image I post via this new blog.






In the coming days, weeks, months and hopefully years I'll share more of the artwork I've done. :)
